The doors in LTS built homes often do not latch shut. You close the door, then just push it and it opens! This happens in bedroom and bathroom doors. The cylinder does not fit the frame, it's off center. And then they also leave a space of 1.5 inches beneath some doors. Leaves a draft from the basement for example. Very low quality, shoddy craftsmanship. They do a quick cheap job.
