The hotel is very nice. It's up a mountain so you have a good view and the rooms are spacious and clean. Also the staff is very accommodating. The breakfast was so so, as a gold member I got free breakfast but had to pay for the kids and the food was cold but we ate late. I would highly recommend the property if you're wanting to be in a mountain area Gatlinburg and very conveniently located. Also they have a great pool for kids with slides.
