As a couple we booked a last minute offer "VIP holiday home" with sauna, bread service and all kinds of bells and whistles. I usually save with negative criticism because I am quite easy to please. The center park or especially the holiday home was such an accumulation of shortcomings that I would like to name at least a few.

The houses are getting old and neither the area nor the house facades are particularly well maintained. The same applies to the balcony. The overbearing chaos begins inside the house. None of the interior doors can be opened completely without slamming them against another door / wall / sauna / stairs or a similarly misplaced object. The stairs to the upper floor are so steep that I have wished for my climbing equipment more than once. Once at the top and forced through the door that does not open fully, you have a wonderful view of the sauna on the left (yes ... right ... in the bedroom). On the right you can see why the door does not open completely, because that is where the bed begins, the mattress of which is wonderfully saggy and lacks any comfort.

The kitchen was pleasantly surprising: all appliances are modern, cutlery, plates and kitchen utensils are sufficiently available and the bathroom has also been modernized and leaves nothing to be desired. Service, sustainability and employee friendliness are also great!

All in all, we try to make the best of the aging park on site and that is commendable in itself. Nevertheless, the honest feedback: Even for half the price, I would not have found the stay in this house to be worthwhile and I absolutely cannot recommend it with a clear conscience.
