Horrible experience, true waste of time! Huge line...

Horrible experience, true waste of time! Huge lines and very disrespectful ride attendants. The attendants repeatedly leave rides leave with empty seats regardless of the huge single rider lines. When asked to get extra single riders to fill the spots, the response was that they do not allow people from the single line ride together! On top of that, very discriminatory practices against riders. They have rides that allows parent to load with a kid taking a single spot. For that reason, many parents wait on a single line as they plan to load with one kid on a single spot. Yet, the attendants discriminate as they seem fit when it comes to allowing that parent load the ride. We waited with my 4 year old for 1 hour and saw all other parents load the ride just fine with their kid taking one spot, and were told that we were waiting on the wrong line and asked to leave ! Customer care booth were even more disrespectful and unhelpful. Avoid unless you plan to spend a fortune on flash passes. If you have kids, definitely find a more kid friendly entertainment park. Wish we had Disney kind of park that allows a parent to reserve a spot on a ride instead of keeping the kids for hours waiting.
