My recent vacation booked through Kern Travel East...

My recent vacation booked through Kern Travel East Hills was average. While the staff was friendly, I found the booking process to be slightly cumbersome. Additionally, the hotel accommodations were not as expected. I would consider booking with Kern Travel East Hills again in the future, but I hope for a better experience next time.
