Completely shocking, saw it was pre book only so assumed they would have had good social distancing in place. Turn up to the longest line of traffic ever, saw so many people paying at the station, clearly didn t enforce pre book only. There were more cars than when I have been in summer.
The entire experience was just sitting in one long car hold up, finally get close to animals and being told to move along quickly. Maybe having a reasonable amount of customers would give a better experience for each car.
No social distancing in place or being encouraged. Having at least half the amount of people would have helped instead of just seeing money.
Completely avoided the wall through park as the amount of cars in the car park made me dread the lack of being able to social distance.
Really was such a shame.
