I cannot put into words how grateful I am for coming into contact with Burt at Mid American Financial in Cincinnati. Even though I live in Cleveland, they made it easy, as if I was local. I never thought I would qualify not just for a loan on what I refer to as my dream home but at an awesome interest rate as well with very little down. I did not think I would be approved but Burt continually reassured me not to worry. Not only was I approved but closed on my home so fast it sent my head spinning! Burt took care of me and kept me informed every step of the way! His processors were amazing as well. I had lost faith in the entire lending system at one point but that has all changed. If I ever need help buying a home again Mid American Financial will be my first and only choice. Burt was committed and saw my best interest came first. I can't say enough!
