Fantastic service - I had a problem with my emails and popped into the office to discuss whether Widenet could help me. They couldn't have been more helpful, arranging for their 'email' specialist to be in the office on a day I was free so that I could bring in my phone and laptop and go through the issues with him. Although this took more than an hour, I was only billed for a one hour session which was excellent value for money. As well as sorting the issues, Aaron explained what he was doing so that I now have a better understanding of how to adjust functions on my email accounts myself. Although some of the email issues were down to my lack of IT knowledge, Aaron was happy to answer my basic questions.
