I had a appointment for first thing in the morning...

I had a appointment for first thing in the morning for a repair. The first phone call I got was one hour after dropping the car off asking me if I would like to trade mine in and buy a new one.
Then after 6 hours I got a another call saying no one had looked at the car yet. After a few phone calls later, and letting them know I had taken the day off work for the repair, they fixed the car, but with not a minute to spare because they were closing. The bill was enormous! ,no discount for waiting all day (8 hours) for a one hour job. I purchased my car at Apple Tree, and thought I would have a better experience than this. They also gave me a long list of what other repairs needed done, but after waiting all day there was no time to address them. I am thinking of sending them a bill for my lost wages.
