Originally, I contacted Nordfab to purchase ducting directly from the company, but was referred to a distributor as they do not sell direct.
Work with the distributor SVE Filtration was very easy. We sent them a list of parts we needed, and they were able to put together an order quickly. Officially submitting our order 11/13/19 with a guaranteed ship date of 12/2/19. We paid our deposit immediately due to the fear of losing our shipping spot.

I patiently waited until the evening of 12/1/19 to follow up with SVE, knowing our ducting was likely to ship the next day. SVE responded the following next morning, and informed me they would be working to give me tracking information by the end of the day. This did not happen.
I followed up again the next day, to no response.
I emailed again the following day, with the same result.
Finally, on 12/4/19, SVE contacted us stating that our ship date had been pushed back and entire week, to 12/9/19. This given that the order from Nordfab was already a couple days behind schedule at the time of the e-mail.

I continued to press SVE to find out what was going on, and they informed me of several attempts to communicate with West Coast Manager Mike Brown. They were finally able to connect, and we were told he was going see what he can do.
After not hearing back from Nordfab or Mike for the entire day, SVE Filtration offered up the option to go with another manufacturer, and still be able to meet our established timelines. Given the customer service we had received from Nordfab so far, we decided it was the best option to switch.

Upon informing Nordfab of our decision, they scrambled and asked if they could keep the order if It shipped tomorrow (12/5/19). While a gallant effort to save face, we had already placed our new order. On top of the company being notorious for shipping partial orders.

We recommend considering all your other options before looking to purchase Nordfab products. Especially if your order times are time sensitive, and can affect various aspects of your business. They are not a very reliable support to their distributors.
