I ve been a member for 17 years. The company had changed owner ship a few times. While I miss the in-person option for shopping, (during COVID-19 that option would have been a non-option), I have found the Concierge Department helpful.

Babara assisted me with a purchase recently. She was friendly, patient and helpful.

I remain a DirectBuy customer. I hope the company will be able to survive the economic challenge all face with COVID-19.
