I rent from Century 21 Legacy, and I highly recommend them! Any time I needed something fixed they had someone out by the next day. Someone came out every 3 months to spray for any critters. And I have the option to pay the rent three ways. 1. In office 2. By mail or 3. (my favorite) By their easy online fast to download app that I pay by phone! On February 5, 2020 the heavy rain that Kingsport,TN. had flooded the rental I had from them. They found my family and I a new home, and re-homed us into another rental all charges on them!
