While the wine-list was comprehensive, the food comprehensively failed to meet expectations. Crispy squid came out as "fatty squid", as it had been cooked in oil that was too cold and then left to chill under heat-lamps. The pork ribs were unappetizing as they were under-cooked and distinctly "stringy" and pink on the bone.
Waiting staff failed to adequately address these issues.
The Menu is in a glossy magazine format, which is novel, but doesn't work. It is busy and unreadable in the low-lighting conditions. The layout is also somewhat confusing. In our group at least three of the choices made from the menu were unavailable and we weren't informed by waiting staff until we'd placed the order.
The location is great, but I wouldn't go back for anything but a drink.
