Like the other comments, apparently they have not resolved the issue of shipments and it has been more than 6 days since my purchase and they have not even sent me the guides.

There is no option to change the delivery method, they just don't let you, no one can help you, I'm supposed to send an email to a "Manager" named Rolando, which has been for 2 days and he hasn't even responded to me.

If they haven't realized it, the world continues and they haven't been able to adapt, I don't think the best option is to force people to go to the branch and risk it.

customer with more than 10 years and throughout that, they have never been able to fix the forms of payment online and now they are struggling with the forms of delivery.
