Terrible customer service at the register. Joe makes every person he talks to feel they are ignorant and a bother. He made me feel very ignorant about everything! He made it sound like I was putting him out for asking. It was our first time at Blitz and we went for my sons birthday. Spent over $400 and was not impressed by the customer service. I asked a question later after paying for the 12 members of the party and was told "Well they went over that in safety orientation" well since I was a spectator I had not gone thru the orientation as I was not participating. A simple answer to my question would have sufficed. All I can say is with better customer service this place would rock!
