We had been looking for a couple of years for the right place to move and hopefully retire to. Schell Brothers had a wonderful floor plans and great locations. We settled on Tidewater Landing and could not be more pleased with the customer experience. This was a multi step process that was well scripted to guide us through the buying a new house. The team at all stages was professional, cheerful and interested in our vision of the final house. Excellent suggestions from sales on lot and house position. The Design consultant was incredibly knowledgeable on how to get the look and keep in price thresholds and the building manager kept us posted weekly as the house was being built. The Quality Control group is as picky are we were during the final walk through!!! Could not ask for better builder or team.
