I have no complaints about the medical service but it is the third time in three months that Hurlingham's outpatient clinics have summoned me between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. and there is always a terrible queue for reception, because there is only one person attending I do not know if it is because it is the change of shift, why he goes out to lunch or that but they should improve that aspect and speed up the reception of patients. There is also a long delay for the delivery of shifts, you can spend 1 hour on the phone sometimes waiting to be answered, and by WhatsApp I could never make a shift.
