Hi had to call them to repair my van from deep scratches , Simon is been more than helpful he responded quick, he is been professional and he even spend time to explain me all the process . I can tell, he is passionate about his job . At the beginning he said that to do all the job it would take 3 days , after that I explain to him what it would comport to leave my van for 3 days, he did make sure to stay longer than his normal daily hours (together with his friendly team ) to finish up the job in 2 days and thanks to this I haven't lost any day of work .
I hope to don't see them so soon, if not around (for obvious reasons :- ) .
But I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM
