I upgraded my review to a four star. They detailed the car and the man who did it did a great job! It wasn't perfect but 95 percent better. The best part was he wanted to make sure I was completely happy!!! The salesman I had, Randy, also wanted to make sure I was happy so in the end it all worked out. I still have a small dent in the bumper, but it is a reminder to me to never buy a car at night!

Very disappointed in my car shopping experience here. First let me say I should not be shopping for a car at night, but I was desperate. My husband had been driving my car for two weeks and he is only off weekends. We went here after they gave us a GREAT offer on a new CR-V. Even though it was a great price, my husband did not want to spend the extra money so he wanted used, low mileage. I talked him into needing Honda certified after talking to all these salespeople that said thatit is the best thing to do when buying used. We drove the car at night, it seemed to drive well so we decided to buy it. We got a good price and drove it home. I followed my husband and on the way I saw this bubble on the bumper. When we got home I realized the car had been hit or ran into something. Then the next day, in the light, we saw the car was filthy! It looked like somebody with Cheetos fingers touched the visors. The interior roof of the car had black marks and the back seat was dirty. I called and talked to the used car manager and he said since he gave me such a "great" deal on the car, he could do nothing for me. He did offer to have me bring the car in and I could have it fixed for cost. I was understanding that Honda Certified meant the car would be in great condition. Not the case here!
