I have been going to rumors for years, and love it! My stylist Ruthie, along with the rest of the staff, are amazing. I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go...this is not an exaggeration!
One thing I would mention, and this goes for any salon you go to....make sure you ask how much the services cost that are recommended for you. Sometimes you just say yes and are shocked when you cash out.
Rumors offers stylists with varying price points, so I feel that they can accommodate your budget!!
