In December my basement flooded pretty badly - several inches of standing water. I called ServPro and they came out quickly. I think the most impressive parts of their service are: 1) customer service - they explained clearly what the process would be and they were upfront about any potential issues or changes, 2) they followed up quickly and completely and 3) they truly minimized the damage to my house during the water mitigation process. They removed some drywall and they even did that neatly - a clean cut leaving the remaining wall intact and undamaged. They had to pull up the carpet to remove wet padding and that was done in a way so that we could salvage the carpet. They cleaned up everything when they left. While it s painful enough to deal with these issues, it s made simpler by dealing with conscientious people. I highly recommend them.
