Total Dissapointment with the staff at Scott s.

The reception staff were absolutely awful and not welcoming, especially the young lady receptionist, who messed up the booking and didn t bother to apologies for the chaos she has created to me and to the other long waiting customers.

Scott s was my favourite restaurant in London for the last 15 years, which I have attended regularly and enjoyed greatly the great food and service. Unfortunately, not this time, which was an embarrassment in front of my guests.

Other customers were complaining about the same law standard of the reception staff and the total mess they have faced with, which had led for two other customers to leave and cancel their booking.

The food was great as always, but 3 of the surrounding tables got the wrong orders and wrong bills.

I am not sure if they have changed the Manegment recently, nevertheless, if they want to gain back their previous outstanding reputation, they have to change at least the reception staff to start with.
