Capilano Volkswagen oozes class. Everyone there is a pleasure to deal with.
Let me tell you my story. I had two newish cars, but a serious medical disability basically prevented me driving either one of them any distance.
Other dealers weren t prepared to help. But Capilano stepped in and took care of both cars, giving me a very fair deal, then helped me buy one that was going to work for my mobility restrictions.
I can t speak highly enough about the entire staff: and if you get the chance, deal with one of their senior sales managers, Shaun Openshaw.
He is knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly. A class act who made it a five-star car buying experience.
