No star wasn't a option......be warned!!! In order to be seen by ER Dr you ring a door bell to be seen by a triage nurse whom will take you to room.....my symptoms was heart issue, swelling and tight chest took them hour to ask who was next , I got in the room and dr came in and asked what was wrong the took my blood pressure and hooked things up to my heart all within 20 minutes dr said my heart was fine and I "could go home" so I had to take everything off...blood pressure cup and monitor and I walked out as I was told to do.......
