Bought a car from this garage on May 18th 2018 with the deal being that a few scratches on side panel were painted and sorted before we collect. Go to collect the car on this date and the work hasn t been done. Now almost three months later and still waiting for this work to be completed despite constant emails back and forth and promises being made. Also handed the car over to me with no fuel in and having to get back to Bath, I know it s not part of the deal but out of courtesy and customer care I expected more of them. Would never buy a car from this garage again.
