I booked my car in for a major service despite stating they have stamped my servicing book they had not! My fault for believing that they would be on the money and not checking. Makes me wander what else they have paid lips service to? I am sure they will apologies and offer to stamp my serving book if I bring it in... I feel this approach isn t good enough; my time is valuable and it s your mistake to fix Wessex.
