The overall serviced received was pretty good with the exception of the Pool Bar staff. They were extremely slow in bringing out drinks and one occasion tried adding extra food and beverage to the bill. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable which led to us not sleeping well the 10 nights that we where there. There was a good selection of foods to chose from at breakfast but unfortunately the hot food was barley warm to cold. The egg station was excellent! Freshly cooked, hot eggs that tasted amazing. The room size was fantastic, however the servicing of the room on occasions was well below average. On one particular day at 4:30pm our room had not been serviced so i called and requested 4 fresh towels so we could have showers before heading out to dinner and was informed that we were only allowed 2 fresh towels, apparently my 2 children staying in the room with us didn't matter. In Balance Day Spa was fantastic! The girls were so friendly and polite and preformed our treatments outstandingly. They are a credit to the Novotel Nusa Dua.
