The caverns and facility itself was wonderful, but there are things people should be aware of. The incline inside the caverns is extremely steep at some points and the wet floor can make it difficult for some to complete. The Discovery Tour was a 70ish minute walk inside the cavern, and I don t feel there was enough warning about the level of activity required. It can be quite strenuous for some; there was a family in our group with a stroller and I honestly don t know how they did it. The caverns were well lit and it was truly a beautiful sight to see. Overall, I would recommend this facility, but ask questions and make sure it s the right tour for you if you have any physical limitations.
