I bought my Expedition from here not even a year ago. It did great until September of last year. We purchased an extended warranty to put my own mind at ease. Unfortunately, I didn't do any research into this company before becoming a customer. Rewind to September of last year. Ended having to take my vehicle into the shop because of a noise in the engine. Called the dealership to set up an appointment to take it in. We were told since we had the warranty, we didn't have to take it there, and it was probably better if we took it to a Ford dealership. We were literally TALKED OUT OF taking my vehicle there. So, we take it to Ford, which happens to be 5 minutes down the road. After about a week, we get a call saying I have metal shavings throughout my engine. So Ford contacts the warranty company. Said warranty company wants to basically get out of having to actually do something, so we as customers feel like they're making it out to be our fault for the metal. Now I know that's not the dealerships problem, just putting into perspective what kind of people they put their trust into. So, anyway, after about 2 weeks of going back and forth with the warranty company, Ford finally gets the ok to replace the engine that had been ruined by these meal shavings. Only catch is, we end up with a rebuilt engine, and not everything that makes the engine work correctly is covered by the warranty. Fine, we ok it because I need a vehicle to get my days going again. Another week or so later, FINALLY, I can go pick up my vehicle, only have to pay $250. Sounds fair enough right? Considering we basically got a new engine. Yeah, it would have been, had our financial advisor not told us no matter what happens, bumper to bumper, we're fully covered, for only $100 deductible. What he failed to tell us was 1. Apparently it is in fact NOT bumper to bumper and 2. It's only $100 if you take it to their dealership, you know, the one who talked us out of taking it there in the first place... I call the dealership and get a run around about this and that, then was finally told that I could take it up with the customer relations manager. Put a call into said customer relations manager, left a voicemail, still waiting for her to call me back. This was months ago. Fast forward 2 weeks after I get my vehicle back, starts making same noise. It's still under warranty so I call Ford to set an appt to get it checked. This time its a misfire in cylinder 7 in my "new" engine. Get that fixed after arguing with warranty company again. Then a week after that, I have to take it back. This time we decided to take it to Macchurchill for their mechanics to look at it. They run all the tests they can and say nothing is wrong, so the service manager decides to drive it home, and back to work in order to test it. Engine light comes on, we get a call, it has to go back to Ford because they worked on it originally. $400 to fix the problem, after about a month in the shop. I will say this one positive thing, macchurchill did take care of that for us. But, comes time to get the vehicle out, $200 for another deductible! So, a call to the dealership was made. Since we're such "great customers", they say they'll take care of it because it's basically all stemming from the initial problem in September. Well, their taking care of it consisted of paying it for us. GREAT! Until I look at my bank statement today, and the check they wrote us to "take care of it" was returned, because the funds could not be found. Basically, they cancelled that check. That was the last straw with this company. Since September, I've had my vehicle a total of maybe 3 weeks. Tomorrow morning, I will be calling BBB to report them, and contacting attorneys to see what can be done. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy, which at this moment is actually Macchurchill Acura.

EDIT: the dealership took care of the $200, plus the $12 returned check fee we incurred. However, as much as we appreciate it, it doesn't take care of all we had to endure since September.
