Had a wonderful stay. We arrived early in the morning and they were able to get our room ready when we arrived by 11 instead of the 4pm check in time which was a huge bonus with little kids. Nice clean and updated close to beach, restaurants and pier 60. Pool water could be a bit warmer since there is a breeze from being on the 8th floor but very nice nonetheless especially when the sun comes out. Will definitely be back. Staff was super nice and accommodating at the bar and restaurants. They had little craft activities near the pool for the kids which were free. we did not make us of the camp Hyatt but between the beach and pool our kids were thrilled and did not want to go home. Thank you to the Hyatt team for making our stay so nice.
