The work done on my car was okay, technician was fine, but when my dashboard started acting up it was going to be a week until they could get me in, and I was told I HAD to drop my car off. I told them I was happy to wait all day in the waiting room, but they insisted it had to be dropped off. This caused a huge inconvenience for me. If a customer is willing to wait all day (I work from home, would have brought my computer and worked all day) please let them. On top of that, the week long wait is really nerve wracking when you can't use navigation, blue tooth etc.....We just purchased our first Ford and am really missing the prompt and quick service of the Leith Chevy service department that we took our car to for 8 years :(
