I was originally told the work would be done in an hour and a half to two hours*battery replacement and airbag recall) so I used their shuttle to the mall to get some Christmas shopping done. 3 hours later I still had not heard back about my car, so i called the shuttle myself to take me back. When I got there I was told they JUST finished looking at the car and hadn't done any work yet. I was told there would be another 2 hours at least. (To be fair they spotted a few fluid flushes that needed to be done on top of what i brought my car in for) I am just happy with the work they did, but just know their time estimates are completely inaccurate. If i had known that i would have gone back to work, or home, not wasted 3 hours of my day.
