Although the Tacoma delivery was extended to nearly 3 times what was originally quoted, the dealer sales person (Roy Van Liere) kept me updated and even offered to cancel my order and return my deposit. I did cancel the order, and, when the Tacoma came in much sooner than expected the dealer contacted me and we renegotiated the sale price of the vehicle with additional compensation for the frustration I endured over the delayed delivery. Roy treated me with respect and was very patient, answering all my questions and following up with me throughout the sale, including an after sales phone call to check if all was as expected and asked if I had any other questions. He also reminded me to stop by any time and they would review all the technical details and answer questions I might have.
I could not have had a better experience when buying a new car. My compliments to the owner of My Auto Imports for assembling such a customer driven organization. Just shows there is a way to grow your business properly.
