Worst technology ever. Send a copy of my ID to only get a bot feedback that I need to submit a document with latin letters. Seriously this company is getting worst year by year. Used to have some competent people - I guess I will need to move to competitor firms - able to read compliant documents. Utterly useless company - AVOID
