This is absolutely the worst care in Massachusetts. Unresponsive care partners, staff and customer service agents do not follow protocol or policies. A grievance process that is broken and compromised by unprofessionalism and non ethical employees who have no acumen or aptitude for health and well-being. I ve called and pleaded with customer service to please forward me to a supervisors and the calls are repeatedly disengaged. I m currently reaching out to the Ombudsman, Health and Human Services and Medicare for assistance as CCA is unwilling to cooperate and help resolve any of my health care issues and concerns. I m desperately pleading for help at this point! Anyone considering CCA SHOULD HEAR MY WARNING.
