Where do I start, My grandparents stayed at this location on Friday April 12th to April 14th. The service this hotel has given my grandparents for what could be one of there last times in Niagara Falls was just amazing service. I used to work in Niagara Falls at the Sheraton on the Falls and even there I never seen service like I seen this weekend. The staff were amazing. My grandpa can't walk the best, what did the hotel do here you go sir here is a wheel chair to help you get around easier. Then My grandma was like i wish i had just one more chair to sit on in the room. Bam they said here you go here is a chair. My grandma loved the coffee maker in the room and was just curious if they would sell her the coffee maker. Only to find out yes they had a brand new one in box and would sell her it for 25.00$...... WHAT!!!! We were looking on Amazon and same coffee maker was 130.00$ Insane service. I was staying at a different hotel and had come to bring food for my grandparents since they could get out easy or pick them up to take them to Breakfast or drive around the Valet staff had no issues with me coming to pick my grandparents up or bring them food. Then one small detail that stood out as amazing to me the front desk would text my grandma to ask how her check in was and if she ever needed anything don't hesitate to send a text back. Just an amazing team of workers at this location. I want you all to know you have all been noticed as amazing service. As my grandma said when i picked her up Sunday. I will be coming back here again!!!
