I find it unacceptable that an organization like the CPAM can systematically lose the sick leaves of its beneficiaries (4 times in a row) especially when it is placed in the letterbox for this purpose and that during each contact they do not know each other, do not understand and ask for a duplicate. Not being the only patient of my practitioner, this is starting to become problematic. You also have to call several times in a row to hope to have an advisor on the phone, at least most of the time they are very friendly. Ultimately I want to understand that it is a complicated period and that there are many of us, but each time a new problem arises: do not mess around either!
