Absolutely shocking internet. It's unusable it's that bad.

It's a waste of time ringing them to try and fix it as they'll tell you everything is fine at their end, "it must be something wrong with the router, they're not very good routers"... They cover their backs by stating they are providing the minimum as per the contract and we're stuck in a contract, internet of which, not even 1 device can use.

Won't be using them ever again.
