Their scare tactics do not work on people who are well educated and knowledgeable of the situation. And they DO NOT like it at alllllll. That is when they become aggressive and condescending over the phone- its quite funny to be honest. I hope their salary exceeds $70k bec living a life with a career that requires tension and constant rigidity, stress, speaking ill to people...that is no life id be proud of.
