Most shocking service I got now from this VW group...

Most shocking service I got now from this VW group bringing a second hand Amarok to test drive that's steering is all out of sorts.The sales lady said the bakkie have 17 000 km on and there is a big fault with the steering.

How must I make a decision based on a faulty Amarok bakkie.To purchase a new bakkie and spend R650 000 on a new 1 but could not get a proper feel of what's the bakkie all about.

And then to tell me there is no new Amarok bakkie in the whole of Durban how must I purchase 1 then based on a second hand peace of rubbish they brought me to test drive.

To tell me I the sales agent went trough so much trouble getting the vehicle to me to test drive.And bringing a faulty vehicle to test drive just blows my mind.

Please go and learn at Ford and Toyota what service is all about lost all my respect for the VW brand as a whole and as n keen bakkie owner the Amarok can go and sleep.

Hopefully if they work with Ford they can learn what good service is.,
