I bought a brand new 2018 Heartland Road warrior 4...

I bought a brand new 2018 Heartland Road warrior 429 and have has several issues that needed to be resolved, most importantly a leaking main slide which causes water to puddle when it rains inside our toy hauler. Called to make an appointment before leaving for NC from FL almost a month in advance prior to our trip.

Brought our toy hauler into service with a promise that our slide leak would be fixed before our trip. Our toy hauler sat in your yard for 2.5 weeks. When I called MULTIPLE times, no one could give me an answer as to whether or not you even contacted heartland warranty to cover our manufacturing defect issue with our slide. Went to pick up our camper since we were leaving and no one could answer my calls to be told that no one knows if ANY of our issues were fixed, even the slide leak we were promised would be fixed. When I went to hook up the toy hauler to our hitch, the service people left our batteries on and killed them. This is absolutely rediculous.

In NC it rained the first night we were there, and the slide still leaks! Never fixed, and now our vibrating chair which worked before I dropped off to service, doesnt work! So I bring to have repairs to then have something else not work and still no answer as to warranty claim being filed as required, nor any follow up from service about our multiple issues that are to be covered under warranty. Your service department is absolutely pathetic! Service your customers rigs that buy from you for goodness sake!!! Brand new unit and multiple problems and nothing fixed after being in your yard for 2.5 weeks is a complete joke!
