The customer service I received from Viceroy was extraordinarily disappointing. I requested a receipt for the hold I was charged at the time of booking, and have yet to receive it after 4 different attempts to obtain it. As this was a work trip, I needed the receipt so that I could expense it. I tried to email the hotel 3 different times on 3 different days. I eventually called the main reservation line and was on the phone for 40 minutes with no resolution. The most frustrating part was when they said they would email the same address that I had emailed on my previous 3 attempts. It's been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a receipt.

I suggest staying at a different hotel as this hotel is incapable of providing a simple receipt, which I consider basic customer service. I can't imagine what type of service is provided during a stay there.
