Valentine's Day service was awful! Our waiter never said his name, was not attentive, and it was a hour before we even got BREAD! The appetizer took at least 45 minutes to arrive and twice the waiter told us it wasn't his fault the food was late. If I'm paying $200 for dinner, I expect a certain level of customer service and that was seriously lacking.
