I have mixed feelings about Techsailor Group. On one hand, their website spgroup.com.sg is great and easy to use. However, I found their customer service to be below par. They were slow to respond to my queries, and the staff lacked knowledge and professionalism. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
