We woke up to a very shrill sound on a Friday. We found it was coming from our heating/cooling system. We call Isaac and we were told a technician would arrive between 3 and 6 PM. Dustin arrived on time and worked dillengently to get our problem solved. Of course, when he arrived there was no noise. He stayed and checked the blower and a/c unit. While checking the a/c, the noise started again. Dustin replaced the blower motor and checkedthat everything was up and running perfectly before leaving at 8:30 PM. He was both patient and professional.
I would highly recommend Isaac Heating and Air conditioning. We purchased our heating and air conditioning unit from them along with the Gold Seal Maintenance Agreement. Both have proven to be well worth the money spent.
