I will never ever take my clothes to dry clean there ever again! The only work that they do on site are alterations. Dry cleaning and everything else is done off site at a factory. I had such a bad experience they ruined my long black cardigan with leather sleeves that I had for years. They claimed that they followed the instructions but I am 100% sure that, that was not true. They put it in the dryer and burnt the sleeves and instead of offering me an apology they offered to cut the sleeves off and not charge me for it. Plus give me a credit of $13.60 when my total bill was $160 and that was just for dry cleaning. I only took my items there based on an recommendation of someone but when I showed them my sweater and told them my story they to where very shocked and had the look of horror on her face.
