been renting from this company for 8 years!!!! i booked tents tables covers chairs for my sons graduation party. Yesturday i recieved an email saying that my order has been canceled? I called and recieved simple question "did you or did you not gave us money" I was shoked by the response I got. Apperantly they send me paperwork that I never recieved and I did not signed the contract. Ok I do understand sometimes emails could get lost or forgoten. However how about a reminder call or email its called costumer service. if they had 0 stars I would do that. They left me without a tent tables and chairs few weeks before my event. Unbelievable!
