I've only had good experiences coming to this shop. I've brought my bike in three different times for different services and repairs, and the staff have been nothing but helpful. They thoroughly explained the issues to me, as well as how to avoid them in the future, and I've never felt talked down to - they really want to help you out. On my last visit, Aaron went above and beyond, performing extra maintenances just because they needed to be done, and was incredibly helpful and friendly - I've never felt so welcome at a bike shop before coming here! Very fair repair prices, too!
