I have been a customer for many years because they carry the products I use. That being said EVERY TIME I need to get things from them there is some kind of miscommunication or general lack of knowledge that causes long delays, incorrect charges and the like. It is extremely frustrating especially considering how much these things cost. Moving to the larger facility made things so much worse. It would be nice if they had professional staff to keep things running smoothly but as it stands the young girls don't seem to take customer service very seriously.
