The hotel is very well located and has good pool and gym facilities. The staff at the reception were courteous. However, the porter and security staff were poorly trained. I misplaced my small paper luggage tag and received unpleasant treatment from the staff as a result. Specifically, upon reporting the lost luggage tag to the porter, I was told that it would be easier if I found it in an accusatory tone. They called the security and escorted me into the luggage room. The conversation with the security resembled an interrogation and their behavior was unpleasant and rude. There needs to be a procedure in place for the cases when the paper luggage tags are lost and the customers must be treated with dignity in this case because the hotel is providing a paid service and not doing a favor to the customers.
